Andrew Maude
Andrew Maude is our Senior Pastor. Andrew, his wife Juliet, and their three school-age boys, moved down from Tauranga in 2022.
They are great lovers of the outdoors and are excited to explore their new home in the South. Andrew brings a friendly, collaborative style of leadership. He is driven to nurture a culture within the church that enables all different ages, cultures, and backgrounds to encounter God’s love, and to be a part of God’s incredible “good news” team in our city and our world.
Jared Grant
Jared Grant is our Youth Pastor. He moved down in 2025 with his wife Stephanie and 3 young daughters. After a period of teaching at the local Christian school and pastoral care via 24/7 Youthwork, he began work with us in December 2025.
Jared has taught Yr 7-13 students for a decade prior in Christian Education, and loves being able to serve and disciple young people that they may pursue the Kingdom Life with Jesus for themselves. He loves helping them to see the heart of the Father, the defensible reasons for why Christianity matters and exploring the adventure that is Christian life!
He loves boardgames or videogames, most outdoor activities and watching a good movie or new series! You Can find him at church most weekdays in the morning and every Friday night from 6pm with our “Baplican Youth” group.
Carol Lovely
Carol Lovely is our Administrator and Treasurer, and she will greet you with a warm smile whenever you walk through our front door. She is married with two adult children, and she absolutely loves her granddaughter too! Carol has been involved at Wilson St for a number of years and continues to serve in a variety of different ways, but she especially loves to lead worship and sing! You’ll generally find Carol in the church office every weekday morning between 830am and 1230pm.
